Refund Policy
ONLINE TRAINING
Our products are of the highest quality and we fully expect you to be extremely satisfied with our training products. However, if you purchase the online training product and are not satisfied you may contact Metrotek within 24 hours of receiving your online account activation. You will receive a full refund less an administrative charge of $35 for processing your order within 30 days of your request.
CD ROM TRAINING
Our products are of the highest quality and we fully expect you to be extremely satisfied with our training products. However, if you purchase the CD ROM and are not  satisfied you have 3 days from receipt of the CD-ROM to ship back the product and be received by Metrotek. You will receive a full refund less an administrative charge of $35 for processing your order within 30 days of your request. Shipping expenses will not be refunded.
Computer Requirements
  • The online software and CD- ROM software require a minimum Pentium 166Mhz with a minimum 32M of RAM and 300M free disk space.
  • The computer operating system should be either Win95, Win98, Win2000, NT4 with Service Pack 4 or higher, or Windows XP.
  • If you own a Macintosh you will need to install a Mac program that allows MS programs to operate.
  • You will need Internet Explorer version 5 or higher.
  • You will also need Internet access using a minimum of a 56K Modem for online training.
