is repeated every 12 and the buffered fibers or subcables are striped
once for every additional 12 according to the TIA-598-A specifictions.
Colors
Unless otherwise requested by the customer,
OFNR Riser outer cable jackets are black.
OFNP Plenum outer cable jackets are color-
coded by fiber type per TIA-598-A as follows:
50/125 – Orange
62.5/125 – Gray
100/140 – Green
200/230 – Black
Single-Mode – Yellow
If the OFNP Plenum cable will be used
outside, the outer cable jacket will be black.
