Using the Real Player controls.
These control buttons are the same as on any audio or video player. To play a clip press the "triangle", the play button. To pause a video press the "two vertical bars", the pause button. To stop a clip press the "square", the stop button. In the middle of the player control bar is a Slider that moves in time with the duration of the clip. You may fast forward the clip or reverse the clip by pressing the arrows either side of the Slider control.
